It is now a requirement to obtain an NIE (identification number) if you want to sell or buy escritura timeshare week(s) and all of those escritura owners who gave WimPen a power of attorney ”to sell” must also obtain an NIE number in order that WimPen can exercise it at the appropriate time.

In order to obtain an NIE number you can apply in one of the following ways:

On you next holiday to Tenerife visit the nearest National Police Station and make an application. The relevant forms can be obtained via a number of Internet sites:

The final phase of works required for obtaining the Bar licence have commenced.

This requires that the present toilet facilities which are beside the pool area be improved upon and separated.

The pergola near to the children´s pool is to be altered slightly by covering the roof area offering those with infants greater protection from the sun.

We will keep you posted on the progress made.

Josi and the staff are working hard on making improvements within the resort and a full check list and repair / renewal inventory is being carried within all villas.
